Resolving Ethical Business Challenges: Candace’s Dilemma  

Consider the case study in section 7-7c at the end of Chapter 7, and answer these questions:

• Describe the organizational structure of ABCO Corporation.
• Which type of leadership power is Britney using? Do you feel it is effective in this situation?
• Does Candace have any other alternatives than the two that she is considering?

Base your analysis on the material in the text, your additional research, and your own experience.

Your initial thread must contain at least 300 words and be supported by at least one source beyond the textbook, cited in APA citation format (in-text and in a reference list).
