1. General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our SaaS product and the immediate consumption of AI API credits when content is generated, we generally do not offer refunds for any payments made. All purchases are considered final.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We may evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Severe technical issues on our end that entirely prevent the use of the Service for an extended period.
- Duplicate billing errors.
3. Unused Credits & Cancellation
You can stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits in your wallet balance are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If you choose to delete your account, any remaining credits will be forfeited.
4. Processing a Refund Request
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact our support team at support@ogwriter.com within 7 days of the billing event. We will review your request and process approved refunds to original payment method within 5-10 business days.
